Welcome to Spikers. These Term(s) and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our ecommerce platform or offline channels. By accessing our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. Warranty Policy

Our warranty terms depend strictly on the category of the buyer (B2B or B2C) and the type of product purchased.

Refurbished Products:

B2C:

  • For refurbished laptops if the product is not working it will be replaced , Provided a video of the issue is recorded by the customer and sent to spikers within the first 24 hours of the purchase.
  • Warranty claim of 1 year for refurbished laptops.
  • There will not be any refunds. Any disparities regarding the product should be given by the 7 days from the date of purchase.
    The delivery charges for replacement will be borne by Spikers

B2B Vendors:

  • For B2B vendors and retailers, the warranty for refurbished products is only 1 month

B2B Companies:

  • For B2B companies, the warranty for refurbished products is 1 year.

Brand New Products:

For brand new laptops, all conditions are applicable as per the brands warranty and guarantee. Spikers will not provide any replacement or facilitate in the return of the product. Applicable for B2C, B2B Vendors and B2B companies


2. Returns and  Cancellation Policy

  • Returns are applicable as per our return policy bylaws mentioned here.

  • If cancellation is done, in refund the delivery and payment platform fee charges taken will not be refunded.

3. Shipping and Delivery Charges

  • Customer Responsibility: All delivery, shipping, and handling charges are to be borne entirely by the customer. Spikers adds the delivery cost to the product and shows it in the checkout page.

  • Calculation: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight/dimensions of the package, or communicated directly for offline orders.

  • Risk of Loss: Spikers will be responsible for any damages or delays that occur during transit once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spikers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our products.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the site or our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
